Trego and the American Community Survey

Montana’s American Community Survey is composed from the final interviews conducted with 10,138 households in the state.  Since Montana has 519,935 households, the chance of…

Feral Kittens

I glanced out the window this morning to see five feral kittens examining my woodshed.  I carried the first load to the deck this past week, so for the first time, the woodshed is accessible.  It makes a dry…

This Year’s Pig Story

Admittedly, this year’s pig story isn’t nearly as good as last year’s pig story (no coats) but the fact that we have a yearly pig story is interesting. This year’s saga (told via facebook) went something along the lines of: ‘Oh, interesting pig!”Neat type. New to the area. No Second Amendment in China

Nail guns, modified to shoot 22 bullets, are an alternative in the people’s republic where the right to keep and bear arms doesn’t exist.  Human ingenuity in overcoming the gun-banners.  I think the picture is of guns seized by some sort of police (I can’t read the Chinese).  The whole story is here. I do kind of admire the chunk of tree used for a stock on the center rifle.
